EK-TM4C123GXL: boundary scan problem

Part Number: EK-TM4C123GXL
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TM4C123GH6PM

Hi,

I'm trying to perform boundary scan on TI Tiva EK-TM4C123GXL. I have simple led blinking code with a large (4s) delay. When the LED state is changed I write 'halt' in the telnet session and write 'sample_get_bit_bsr 50' and after a small time 'resume'. The problem when the LED is Off I get still '1' in the telnet console. What may wrong?
The tcl routines from here:
BSDL part

        "    50  (BC_1, PF3,            OUTPUT3,   X  ,     49,     1,     Z ), " &
        "    51  (BC_1, PF3,            INPUT,     X ),                         " &
        "    52  (BC_1, *,              CONTROL,   1 ),                         " &

My startup
