Hi,
I am woo.
Can I compare the number of transistors in the TMS320LF28335 and the TMS570LS0714?
Can I compare the heat generation of two chips?

    Hello,

    I am not aware about number of transistors implemented. But this is not the most important for heat generation. Manufacturing process is very important (Hercules family uses 65 nm manufacturing process). Even application that is running is very important.

    You can consider Thermal resistance characteristics stated in Section 5.7 of TMS570LS0714 Datasheet when designing project with TMS570LS0714 MCU for dissipation estimation.
