TM4C123GH6PM: How to know if device is Programmed or Not using Pin Measurement?

My Customer wanted to know if there is there any pin that can measure to differentiate whether the IC TM4C123GH6PM is programmed or not programmed?

Can you share your inputs on this?

As the MCU requires 'special handling' to program - it should be 'Quick & Easy' to install a proper label which may even identify the 'code version.'

Using client's proposed, 'Measuring a pin method' adds complexity - requires handling (subjecting the MCU to ESD damage) and offers NO ADVANTAGE over the 'presence or absence' of a 'confirming label.' Simply BAD idea...
