Hello,
I have been using the Hercules development kit for many years now and one of the kits suddenly stopped communicating. After further inspection only two of the four LED power light light up when power is plugged in. The two that light up are 12 VDC and 5 VDC LEDs. I have been using this unit for over a year and the only change was to the Ethernet switch that this unit plugs into. I switch from a 5 port unmanaged switch to an 8 port unmanaged switch. Can I send this back to Texas Instruments for a more in depth triage to see what cause this unit to suddenly fail like it did? I created a TI case for this issue last week (CS0063046)
