TMS570 and CC Radio module integration - can it be possible?

Is this a digital radio application?

Hi,

It is telecom radio - 900 MHz or other. I will get ADC ( digital output). I would like to process them with DSP algorithms on ARM processor.

So, what is the format of the digital output? And how fast are they? Our current TMS570 can accept CAN, Flexray, SPI, LIN/SCI, SRAM (async). Our next generation also supports Eithernet, USB, SRAM (both sync and async). What is the requirement on the digital process? Our Cortex R4F CPU can run at 160MHz.  No DSP core is implemented on TMS570.

Do you have radio module/dk with SPI, LIN/SCI, CAN, Flexray output that can fetch in radio RF ADC output to this TMS board?

I am not aware of any DSP library for TMS570 since it does not include a DSP core.

The TMS570 is used in safety related services for example, transportation ABS, ESP, Airbag, ESC. If you can provide us more information of the radio signal you want to receive / decode, we can look into it to see if TMS570 can perform that with other TI analog device.

An update ... we have received the R4 dsplib from ARM and are in the process of evaluating it and to make it easy to use and understand the benefits.  This effort will require a few more weeks of work.  Look for a public posting of this library in the March 2012 timeframe.
