TIVA BOARD KILLED

Hello,

I think a killed my Tiva board. I was using openocd with gdb ( first time), trying to program the board with openocd.  Openocd was giving me a segmentation fault. Then i use a erase all flash command. After that, i cant burn any program. My PC still see the board connected and LMFLASH still recognize it and say that program was burned sucessful, but the board does nothing. Even using Keil IDE to burn and using the keil debugger, nothing happens. Keil debugger also recognize the board, but nothing happens. Can someone know what is happening and if i really killed the board?

Thanks

  • Hello Joao,

I am not familiar with open OCD but if LMFlash can see the board, can you try the Debug Port Unlock option on the Utilities tab and report back with the result from that operation?

  • Crack staff (still partially 'hung-over') just arrived ... and LOVED poster's (proper) Headline!     "BOARD KILLED!"    (being 'evil' (& smart) they suggested "BORED & KILLED!")    So much better than the 'OFTEN/OVER-ARRIVING'  (& info-packed) "TM4C ... TM4C"    what were those poster's thinking?

You probably should 'dry clean' your 'Black Funeral Wear' - while 'mapping the directions' to the (MCU) cemetery...     (it is suspected that a 'tombstone discount' surely results when inscribed 'other!')
