I would like to find an IC back-compatible with ds90ub304 and preferably also ds90ub928

It's hard to find information on ds90ub304. Also it's not in any catalog that I can find. Can someone provide some information on these two? It would be great if we can find an IC back-compatible with both ds90ub304 and ds90ub928. At least, we would like to find an IC that can be readily purchased to replace ds90ub304. Thanks.

    Hello Wei,

    DS90UB304-Q1 is not a public device. However if you are looking for a similar deserializer then DS90UB928-Q1 would be suitable, and DS90UB927-Q1 could be used for the serializer side.

    Thank you for the information. Do you mean we can use DS90UB928-Q1 and DS90UB927-Q1 together to replace the circuit of DS90UB304-Q1?

    I just got some more info from my engineer. The serializer IC (we assume it's DS90UB303-Q1) is already there in the module we try to interface. He said that DS90UB928-Q1 should not be compatible with DS90UB303-Q1. Can you suggestion a deserializer compatible with DS90UB303-Q1?

    As I mentioned before, the DS90UB303-Q1 is not a public device so I can not provide information on it. If you are looking for a similar FPD Link solution you should consider DS90UB927-Q1 and DS90UB928-Q1.
