The memory size of IS42S16400F is 8 MBytes. But the memory length for SDRAM in your linker cmd file is 128 MBytes.

in datsheet memory is 64MBit (2^8 * 2^12 * 4), but this is non the point in this moment. I change lenght in 8MB (0x721200), but i have the same problem in  linker cmd. My problem is the errors when i compile my project. Why i have error 10264?
