Hi,

can someone please tell me how I can use the structure ICall_heapStats_t and the function ICall_getHeapStats.

I have the EK-TM4c129EXL board and use code composer6 and hate ti-rtos 2.16.1.14.

I read that you have to include HEAPMGR_METRICS but where?

In code composer 6 properties there is no field "preprocessor symbols"

I would like to use the function

//ICall_getHeapStats(&r);

Hi Krams,

ICall_getHeapStats comes with the BLE stack. It is not part of TI-RTOS. Are you trying to use the BLE stack? Assuming you are not, what problem are you trying to solve?

I would like to query the parameters of the default heap memory.

Total heap size

Current heap size

Largest heap unit

The same parameters you can see in the ROV

Krams,

You can use Memory_getStats() to get totalSize, totalFreeSize, and largestFreeSize. Here's more info on the API: http://rtsc.eclipse.org/cdoc-tip/xdc/runtime/Memory.html
