There is any MCU available in die format with 4 I2C buses with one EVM board active?

Hi know there is the SM470R1B1MKGDS1, but the TI support team already told the evm board is obsolete, so there is any alternative?

Hi Goncalo,

The SM470R1B1 is obsolete a long time ago. This is a device based ARM7 core. I will recommend the TM4C123 family of devices based on the Cortex-M4F core which have up to 6 I2C on chip and provide higher performance than the SM470R1B1. But can't find in die format. I'm already using cortex M4 from other vendor to start the development, but I need in die format... I know texas in the past was in mcu in die format.

Hi Goncalo,

Unfortunately, the TM4C MCU family (based on Cortex M4F) is not available in KGD (Known Good Die) forms. This is the only MCU with more than four I2C interfaces that you are looking for.

Don,t had to be 4 I2C can be 3 but need an extra uart port to replace the other one i2c. But there are any mcu based on cortex m4 in die format?

I don't understand why you rejected my answer. There is no TI MCU based on M4F processor that meets your requirement in ' KGD die format'. I'm sorry this is not the answer you are looking for. But I can't help you if there is no such offering from TI.

I have already said there is no such offering from TI. As I mentioned that TM4C is the only MCU that meets your requirements from the functionality point of view. However, it does not come in die format but only in packages. I appreciate your desire to use TI products. As much as I wanted to help you, I really can't find anything that meets your requirement.
