Please elaborate what you meant by UTP mode and in what context. I suppose UTP as in un-shielded twisted pair, correct? If the understanding is not correct, then what is UTP you are referring to? Do you mean if the TM4C129 supports Ethernet? TM4C129 has the built-in Ethernet PHY which outputs the differential signals. All the PHY parameters are documented in the datasheet if this is what you are looking for.

I have not heard back from you. I assume you are asking for differential signals on the device. Both the Ethernet and USB output differential signals and their electrical parameters can be found in the datasheet. I will close this thread for now.
