TMDSEMU110-U: TMDSEMU110-U Not working/Error connecting to the target

Dear team,

We are programming with TI P/N# TMDSEMU110-U adn below is the error popping up while programming.

Error connecting to the target :(Error - 260 @ 0X0 )

An attempt to conncect to the XDS110 is connected, invalid firmware updated, invalid XDS110 serial number, or faulty USB cable. The firmware and serial number may be updated using the xdsdfu utility found in the ../ccs-base/common/uscif/xds110 directory of your installation. View ReadMe.txt file there.

Please help to resolve the above issue with TMDSEMU110-U.
