TM4C1294NCPDT: I am not able to load the program to the controller flash.

Hello, 

I am working on TM4C1294NCPDT microcontroller in that i am tring to load the program to that but i am getting some ERROR like 

Erase Done.
***JLink Error: Can not read register 15 (R15) while CPU is running
**JLink Warning: CPU could not be halted
***JLink Error: Could not read memory location 0x20000000 when trying to clear soft RAM BP
***JLink Error: Can not read register 20 (CFBP) while CPU is running
***JLink Error: CPU is not halted
***JLink Error: Can not read register 15 (R15) while CPU is running
**JLink Warning: CPU could not be halted
***JLink Error: Could not read memory location 0x20000000 when trying to clear soft RAM BP
Programming Failed!

I did not understand, what i have to do on above error, if the same code load the other micro controller it is loading and working fine but only one controller getting problem, please help out off this issue.

    Is this a custom board (not supplied by TI)? Have you ever been able to connect to this board? If not, look for a manufacturing defect such as a solder bridge, bad trace, etc. If this board used to work, but no longer is working, it may be damaged by ESD (an electrical overstress from handling). Or, the code you programmed into it the last time now prevents the JTAG interface from working. If it is the later case, you can use the "Unlock" procedure to restore the part. See section 5.3 of:
