Hello,

I was emailing about these samples and I was told to come here instead to find a contact for these part #'s.

We have reviewed your website and found the following devices not supported.

 

BQ2201SN-N

BQ2205LYPW

BQ2205LYPWR

BQ2204ASN

 

Xeltek would like to continue to support Texas Instruments devices on our universal programmers.

Would you be able to send us 3-5 sample chips?

    Hi Joseph,
    Thank you for your interest in the BQ220x parts. We do not have samples any more for these devices ("samples not available" on the "order now" page for BQ2204A for instance) but you have the option of buying these ICs from the TI Store, even for very low quantities.

    Without proving (at all) confrontational - may I note that this vendor agent is, 'Simply doing his job.'

    May I suggest that you - instead - approach your nearest (ideally local) vendor's Sales Office?     

    If you can present (any) evidence of past or present Sales Success (especially volume) I can (almost) guarantee that your 'Samples' will be, 'On/At your Doorstep - Post Haste!'     Many further benefits are likely to 'flow' from such 'close-in' vendor-client relationship.    Note that such is 'Not theory' - my firm has a storage cabinet (ESD sanctioned) 'filled to near bursting' - via this method...
