TMS570LS3137: compatibility of NOR FLASH with TMS570LS3137BZWTQQ1 processor

Part Number: TMS570LS3137

I am using the processor "TMS570LS3137BZWTQQ1"  with a NOR FLASH "MT28EW128ABA1LJS-0SIT" . The NOR FLASH has access time of 95 n second. I want to know that that whether this NOR FLASH would be compatible with this processor or not.
