ARM-CGT: ARM-CGT-15_15.12.1 download error

Part Number: ARM-CGT

I tried to download the 15.12.1 version of the ARM CGT for windows from the TI website (http://www.ti.com/tool/download/ARM-CGT-15/15.12.1.LTS).
Unfortunately, the file download page does not exist. Is there another way to download this version of the Code Generation Tools?

    Considering using version 15.12.7.LTS instead.  All the 15.12.x.LTS releases are the same, except for bug fixes.  Since 15.12.7.LTS is the last one, it has the most fixes.  And the download for version 15.12.7.LTS works.

    If you still need 15.12.1.LTS, then consider installing by using the update feature built-in to Code Composer Studio (CCS).  Please see this forum post for the details.

    I'll let the relevant team know about the problem with the download of the standalone package for version 15.12.1.LTS.

    The standalone download package for ARM compiler version 15.12.1.LTS, and a few other versions released around the same time, is being removed from public access.  This means the only way to obtain them is from within CCS.
