TMS570LS3137: EMIF SDRAM - Data written to address 0x8000000 is found multiplied at addresses 0x8100000, 0x8200000, ...

Part Number: TMS570LS3137

Hi all,

We have a IS45S16320F-7BLA2 connected to the emif interface of an TMS5703137CGWTQEP.

The issue that i am facing is that i cannot use the full size of the SDRAM, as i noticed that the data that i am writing to the start address of 0x8000000 is found later at addresses 0x8100000, then again at 0x8200000... until 0x8700000.

I am attaching the project and some screenshots of the hw schematic and from the CCS. Hope I have provided all the info needed for an opinion.

Thanks in advance.
