We are using EK-TM4C123GXL for an embedded medical application. I wanted to know which are the best suited tools for Code development, Unit testing, Code coverage and static code analysis.

Please download the TI CCS (Code Composer Studio) IDE for your code development. It is a free tool and fully supported by TI.

Thank you Charles.
I wanted to confirm if we can use Parasoft for static code analysis and Unit testing.

Please suggest if there are other tools which are more feasible than parasoft.

Hi Tasmiya,

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with the parasoft tool or similar 3rd party tools in the market as to which is better than the other. Our expertise is with the MCU. I don't see a reason why you can't use the Parasoft tool on your code for static code analysis. With that said, the tool vendor should be able answer your question better than we can. As far as which tool is better than the other I think you will need to do some research on your side.
