Customer would like to know RTM date of LM3S5R31. Could you please check? We understood this device already EOL'ed.

You are correct that the LM3S5R31 is no longer available. Not sure when it was first introduced as I did not work on that product line back then. Maybe 2007 based on the first printing of the datasheet.
