TMS570LS3137: Failure with HERCULES programming

Hi
I have a problem working with TMS570LS3137 (Hercules). I developed a custom board for a work project, this design was proved several times in a test protocol without a problem. However in the alpha prototype test a problem with the warm reset show up. When I try to program the Hercules, warm reset is stoked in low being impossible to upload the program.
