I would like use this board in my company system (commercial system).

So, Can I do it legal ?

I saw a few posts about it but I doesn't found good answer.

      The launchPad is solely intended for evaluation in lab/development environment. Please refer to the ek-tm4c123gxl launchPad user's guide carefully for details. You can find the below disclaimer and restriction in the end of the user's guide. http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/spmu296/spmu296.pdf. You can reference the launchPad to design your custom product.

    Assuming you are "Outside the U.S." - your review of your country's "Uniform Commercial Code" - appears the "Controlling Legal Authority."    (Via your purchase - you are (usually) granted certain rights.)

    Vendor's are allowed to, "Limit their exposure under Warranty & Liability Claims" - yet "Title Transfer" (under the 'UCC') - grants you clear rights...
