CCS/RM57L843: FOC example for RM57L843

Hi. I am studying RM57L843 and want to do PMSM motor control.

I just found the FOC example code for RM48L952 in Hercules Motorware but not included example code for RM57L843.

I would like to know if the RM57L843 is not suitable for motor control or if the field of use is different from the RM48L952.

I'll look forward your opinion.

    Hello Jitae,

    The FOC example doesn't include RM57x device. The FOC RM48x example uses N2HET module for motor control, you can use the same code for RM57x device. RM57x device has several other modules for motor control: ePWM, eCAP, and eQEP.
