We are not able to Enable PBIST on SRAM region in Tresos studio since the option cannot be edited.
A further look at the MCU_Driver_userguide.pdf provided from TI reveals that this option is default to FALSE and CANNOT be edited.
Please confirm is there anyway we can enable the PBIST on SRAM region
