TMS570LC4357: Extents of Self test STC1 Segments 0, 1 / Different Number of Intervals called in DS and TRM

Part Number: TMS570LC4357

Dear Team of the TI support,

My questions are regarding the Data Sheet (DS) SPNS195C and the Technical Reference Manual (TRM) SPNU563A each belonging to the TMSLC4357.

Section 6.5.5.3 of the DS gives a maximum number of 41 for the intervals for the STC1 segments 0 and 1.
Section 10.5 of the TRM gives a maximum number of 126 for the intervals for the STC1 segment 0 and 4 for STC1 segment 1.

So my question is:
(Q1) Is there a discrepancy between the number of intervals called in DS and TRM? Or do i understand the documents the wrong way?
(Q2) If there is discrepancy between DS and TRM, which reference should i take for specifying the Diagnostics SW?

Thank you in advance
Stephan
