Last June, I applied for a MCAL configuration tool "EB-EB_Tresos_21_0" through TI China. The approval email I received showed "software expiration date: 23 JUN 2021", but now I can't use the software and the software has expired

Hello,

The license should be valid until the end of March 2020. Please contact with local FAE to get 2019-2020 license (March 2019~March 2020) for using EB Tresos.

Ok , thanks! I will contact with local FAE to get the license for using EB Tresos, but shouldn't it be March 2020 ~ March 2021? Does this license only allow one computer to be installed? Or can it be installed on multiple computers?

Please ask local FAE to contact with us. Based on the agreement in the license, It is supposed to be installed in a single PC.
