Hi Team,

Customer try to program the image of TM4C123AE6PMI7R by XDS110 probe JTAG interface, but it shows can't find the target, refer to blow picture please.

could you help check on this issue?

    Hi Oliver

      In your screen image you are using LM flash programmer. The LM flash programmer only support ICDI debug probe. It does NOT support XDS110. Please have you customer use the Uniflash tool to program the device.

    Thanks for quick response.  Customer still have some questions as below and need your help again. 

    Could you help check below issue with UniFlash tool  update CAN image？

    We can  device and XDS110 USB debug probe.

    Hi,

      Does the customer have other debug probes other than XDS110? The error message seems to suggest there may be some hardware problem? Is this a new custom board that the customer is trying to connect the first time? If the customer has other debug probe such as XDS100 or XDS200 then he can check if he can connect to the board. If none of the debug probes is able to connect then it is very likely a board level problem.

      Can the customer use the XDS110 to connect to any other boards successfully? We need to also make sure the XDS110 is working along with the Uniflash. If he has other boards that can be connected using XDS110 and Uniflash then at least it proves that there is no issue with this conbination.
