Please use the Uniflash to program the Tiva device. There is linux version of the Uniflash. You can download Uniflash from http://www.ti.com/tool/download/UNIFLASH. You can find the quick start guide from http://downloads.ti.com/ccs/esd/uniflash/docs/latest_qsguide.html.
