TMS570LC4357: Footprint and Symbol

Part Number: TMS570LC4357

Hi E2E,

Good day.

Our customer would like to know the footprint and symbol of TMS570LC4357 in ZWTpackage. He used the Ultralibraian software and export the file from TMS570LC4357_ZWT_337.bxl, as well as the Altium. However, the generated eagle .scr file does not contain any footprint design.

Do we have the design file in .lbr format that is group by pin functions for TMS570LC4357?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Regards,
Carlo

  • Hello Carlo,

The Ultralibraian says it only supports Eagle 6.0 or newer. I exported a for file for Eagle, but I am not sure if it contains the footprint or not. I don't have Eagle tool on my machine.

    The file size is 24KB.

  • Hi QJ,

    Good day.

I have shared with the customer the 2020-03-17_12-04-47_Library.scr that you have provided. However, according to our customer, the footprint is not available. Can you please help us verify this? We're unable to check the file since we do not have access to Eagle or related tools as well.

Do we also have the .lbr file format for this?

    Your help is greatly appreciated.

    Regards,
    Carlo

  • Hello Carlo,

I am sorry I don't have Eagle on my machine to try.

When you launch Ultra Librarian, just uncheck all the other CAD packages that aren’t EAGLE. Then click “Export to selected tools”. All files exported to: C:\UltraLibrarian\Library\Exported\Eagle\2020-03-23_11-30-47\2020-03-23_11-30-47

To import your new library into Eagle:
    1. Start Eagle.
    2. Select File -> New -> Library from the menu.
    3. In the blank library window, select File -> Execute Script from the menu.
    5. Browse to your newly exported Eagle Script file (".scr" file extension)
    6. After opening the file, the script will populate the new library.
    7. Use File -> Save (or Save As..) to save the library to the desired location in Eagle native format.
