TM4C123GH6PM: Unlock debugging port

Unfortunately, I lock the debugging port and I am trying to unlock it with Uniflash. But, it does not work. Do I need any new board or new debugger to unlock using Uniflash?

What board are you using? Is it a TI launchpad or your own custom board? If the latter, what emulator (scan controller) are you using? Are you able to hold reset low as the part is being powered up?
