Dear team

The BUFFER type of EN0TXOP / EN0TXON / EN0RXIP / EN0RXIN of TM4C129 is TTL. The maximum transmission rate of TTL type signals is 20 ~ 30Mhz.

So how does TI ’s TM4C129 achieve 100M communication rate?

While the buffer type is described at TTL on the TM4C129 devices, they are CMOS push/pull with TTL compatible levels. They are actually much faster than the original TTL logic. See the electrical specifications section near the end of the datasheet.
