On the development board received TMS570LC43x the connector 4 pin mini USB XDS100V2
(J7 on the documentation picture) was not populated at manufacturing.

Based on your last EMAIL the part was unsoldered and removed !
Hi Yvon,
I agree with you, the board is defective. Please contact vendor for replacement. The USB connector might be removed by the manufacturer by mistake during their test.
If you need help from my side, please let me know.

I never replied the EMAILs (just click on the link) but I think it's going to a general mailbox that next forward the case to the right place.
