I need a radiation test data of the TMS570LC4357-EP, (TID and SEE), I saw an abstract of radiation data of this device on SPNK005-dec 2019 document (TMS570LC4357-EP Production Flow and Reliability Report).

Is it possible to have the detail of test report ?
