Hello,
in datasheet table 5.4, recommended ADREFHI is till 3.3V/5.0V typ. but in table 7.10, the conversion range over which accuracy is specified is given as minimum 3V.
does this means that i shall not use ADREFHI less than 3V.
in my design the ADREFHI is 3V and ADC input signal is upto 2V.
