CC2642R： oad suddenly unavailable

Can you give a bit more details regarding

- the SDK version you are using

- how often the problem is appearing?

- what did you do before experiencing the problem?

- what did you try to solve the issue?

I use SDK version is simplelink_cc13x2_26x2_sdk_3_30_00_03.

Oad has been used for almost half a year, and there is no problem.

After using many times in a someday, oad always failed.

Attempts to replace the computer, usb transmission line, circuit boards, SDK 3.4 and SDK 3.1 all failed.

Have you verify if the HEX file could have been corrupted? Maybe you can try to rebuild it. You can also try with an HEX file provided by TI.

Can you try to run our out-of-the-box examples to see if the problem appear with them too?

You will find the examples simple_peripheral_oad_onchip and simple_peripheral_oad_offchip in your SDK.

Thank you for having done this test.

I summarize:
- the problem occurs with all the boards
- the problem occurs with the OOB software too
- the problem occurs with different SDK versions
- the problem occurs with different computers

The only element remaining seems to be the way of using OAD. Can you precisely describe the steps you are following?

Proceed as follows

1.The circuit board connects to the computer via USB.

2.Scans the mac  and connects to the specified device.

3.Read image file.

4.Press send

You mentioned you are using on-chip OAD. Could you please confirm the following:

1. On the device, you have flashed all three binaries: the cc26x2r1lp_bim_onchip.hex file, the persistent app hex file, and the on-chip application .bin file.
2. Before the status line states "OAD download not successful", can you describe any previous status messages displayed before this failure message?
3. Does the peripheral device receive the reset command and boot into the persistent app? (You should see a reset status message printed, and an HCI command to reset the device) 
4. If you still are running into issues, could you save the log file from BTool and upload a file here so I can take a look?
