Hi,

I want to get the time difference between 2 HET input pin in high resolotion. (Time between rising edge of Pin 1 and rising edge of Pin 2). It works with a simple Branch in low resolotion, but i need it in high resolution. Could you send me an example (pseudo code,..) Thanks Christian

Hello Christian,

How do you measure the time difference in your current setup? You can use ECNT to detect the edge, and use the NHET interrupt (generated by ECNT) to start and stop the RTI timer to calculate the difference.

For ECNT, there is no HR field. Whenever the edge is detected, the NHET flash is set.

Hi QJ,

i have used the ECNT Instruction as a simple branch. I would prefer to not use the NHET Interrupt (with RTI Timer) because of the current Interrupt latencies. Is there an other solotion?
