TMS570LS3137: TMS570 - Unused ADC input termination recommendations

Hello,

Does TI recommend AC termination for unused ADC inputs of TMS570? In TMS570LS31x HDK schematic diagram I could see it but they are NO-POP (not populated)!!

Hello,

You can leave any unused ADC inputs unconnected.

Hi Nilesh,

For used inputs, the circuit is typically dictated by the driving sensor. This application note will also help you decide the required min external capacitance on the ADC input depending on the external impedance connected to each input: http://www.ti.com/lit/an/spna118b/spna118b.pdf
