Hi, I have a TI part in a PQFP 80 package here with the following topmark and cannot find any information on it. Can anyone tell me what I have here?

Please send a picture of the IC. I have not found an 80-pin device with what you have described.

What is the product this device is used on, or is it the IC only you have?

I suspect that what you have is a custom part that was used approximately 20 years ago. It has not been manufactured or sold for many years. I am not allowed to disclose additional information on custom parts.

Feel - and appreciate - your pain.

Sometimes - if you are lucky - "Grey Market and/or Mil/Defense focused broker/suppliers" may be able to provide such data. (even parts!) These firms are "especially" able to locate such (unique and/or difficult) devices.

Fatten your wallet if your need is serious - law of supply & demand - proves very much "in play" here...
