TMS570LS3137: Reset state pull up/down values for TMS570

Part Number: TMS570LS3137

Hello!,

What are the Reset Pull state values (Up and Down) for TMS570? or where can I find these values mentioned?

Thanking you in advance.

  • Hello Nilesh,

In the Terminal Function tables in device datasheet, the "Default Pull State" is the state of the pull applied to the terminal while nPORRST is low and immediately after nPORRST goes High until the nRST (system reset) is released.

All I/O signals except nRST are configured as inputs while nPORRST is low and immediately after nPORRST goes High. While nPORRST is low, the input buffers are disabled, and the output buffers are disabled with the default pulls enabled.

  • Hello Mr. OJ Wang,

Thank you very much for your reply. I am interested in knowing their approximate values (for e.g. ~20K, 33Kohm etc.)

  • Hello,

Most of pins have 20uA pull (up or down) which is equivalent to 3.3V/20uA=165Kohms. Several pins (flexray, JTAG, nPORRST, nRST) have 100uA pull (up or down).
