Hello

Currently, I'm working with Hercules RM57 Launchpad. I'm tried to send and receive data from USB port, I enabled SCI module, with the settings shown below. However, I can't connect the port with any terminal (windows terminal, CCS terminal, and PuTTY). I obtain the same error, terminals can't access the port. Days ago, I update my CCS to version 10.

The test of connection shows that the device work normally. Maybe, is it a problem with XDS110 firmware?

Can anyone help me with this issue?

Hello David,

Have you enabled the SCI1 under HALCoGen 'Driver Enable"? In Terminal (Teraterm, Putty,..), please select "XDS110 Class Application/User Uart".

Hello QJ,

Yes, I enabled SCI1 in the driver enable tab. I solve the problem. When I check the windows device manager, XDS110 shared the COM5 name with another device "a Bluetooth driver", as shown below. The disabling of the other device and PC restart fixes the problem.
