CCS/TM4C1294KCPDT: LWIP cant find opt.h

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I am trying to build the LWIP stack code but get the following error

error #1965: cannot open source file "lwip/opt.h"

I have included the path where its located but I still get the error

Anyone know if I need to do something else?

    For some reason when it compiles it seems to only use some of the include paths. There are two files my main and a startup. The startup compiles fine but my main doesnt. But the startup compilation uses all the search paths I have added while the main doesnt. I also get the following error.

    subdir_rules.mk:9: recipe for target 'main.obj' failed

    I fixed the problem. For some reason the main file wasn't using all of the search paths I had defined. I deleted the file and created it again and now it works fine.
