I am wondering if the FlexRay interface can be used in the TMS570LS3137 de development kit. Or is there any development kit of TMS570LS serial equipped with FlexRay interface on the board. I am selecting one to buy. Thank you!

The TI TMS570 development board (HDK) and launchpad don't include the Flexray transceiver, so they can not be used directly for flexray communication.
You can download the schematics and layout of a daughter card for CAN/LIN/Flexray. This daughter can be plugged onto TMS570 HDK.
