CCS/TMS570LS1224: I am unable to load the file to the MCU, cant recognize debug probe.

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

IcePick: Error initializing emulator: (Error -2083 @ 0x0) Unable to communicate with the debug probe. Confirm debug probe configuration and connections, reset the debug probe, and retry the operation. (Emulation package 9.1.0.00001)

Code compiles without errors, build is complete. 

I installed the XDS emulator.  Should I reset the probe, I am not sure how to do this.
