I am using the RM42L432 safety controller in a project that requires SIL-3 certification. I am now in the process of doing the FMEA analysis and need values like failure rate and safe fail fraction (SFF) for peripherals and the MCU. My understanding is, that TI has done safety analysis of this microcontroller. How can I get these documents?
