I am looking for the source code of the primary micro-controller (U2) on the EK-TM4C123GXL Evaluation boards.

Hi,

The U2 is the MCU used as the ICDI. If this is what you are referring to, then we don't make the source code public. This is a proprietary IP from TI.

If what you meant by "Primary MCU" is the U1 then the out of box example source code can be found at <TivaWare_Installation>/examples/boards/ek-tm4c123gxl/qs-rgb.
