I got a hint from my customer that in the DS there is no statement for the High-level of nPORRST
What is the minimum High-Level on NPORRST at normal Supply Voltage, so all Supply voltages are at the required level VCCIO <3.0V, otherwise there will be a reset and nPORRST low
