Hi team, 

My customer is developing their own GUI to program/update firmware through Ethernet. They found their GUI can't send out BOOT REPLY packet on Win 10 (win 7 is ok) whereas our LM Flash programmer v1613 can. Do we have something that can be shared with them to overcome this problem?
