CCS/TMS570LS3137: emif happen ESM when work in low temperature

Hello,

I use the tms570ls3137 MCU for my project, it happened error when the MCU in -45° temperature. I want to know the emif module whether influence  in different  temperature environment .

I set the emif CLK=10M, it only could work from 14° to 85°. I change the CLK=45M, it could work from -35° to 85°.  I set the MCU clock=180M. I also want to know the temperature whether influence other module function.

    Hello Alban,

    The valid temperature for TMS570LS3137 device is -40C to 125C. The device may not work as expected beyond this valid temperature range defined in datasheet.

    The EMIF clock should not affect the MCU's behaviors under different temperature (inside the valid range).
