TMS570LC4357: Testing of OTP ECC by Flash Wrapper Diagmodes 5/7

Part Number: TMS570LC4357

Hello Support team of the Hercules forum,

The Safety manual spnu540a of the TMS570LC4357 is calling the Flash Wrapper Diagnostics Diagmode = 5 and Diagmode = 7

As i understand QJ's post <e2e.ti.com/.../3408253
the SECDED used to protect implicit reads is different from the SECDED used for bus master reads of the OTP.
This sounds sensible as the OTP are read before the CPU comes out of a nRST and the SECDED of a CPU's bus master read is located in the CPU module.
In addition the procedure suggested in section 7.7.4 of the TRM spnu563a to test the OTP's SECDED seems to be completely different from
the test procedures called in sections 7.7.2.1 and 7.7.2.2 of the TRM to implement flash wrapper tests diagmode = 5/7.

So my question is:
(Q1) Can the flash wrapper diagnostics diagmode = 5/7 really be used to test the SECDED used in implicit reads? Or ist this just a mistake in writing the SM?

Thank you in advance for your support.

Stephan
