hi, what is the operating humidity range for TM4C1294NCPDT? I can only see operating temperature in its datasheet.

Hi,

The humidity is not a parameter shown the datasheet. All the rest of parameters are shown in the datasheet under the electrical section. I'm not sure why you would need this info. I have not come across any MCU datasheet that would have this parameter. With that said, I do believe humidity is part of the stress test (e.g. HAST) during semiconductor qualification.

Our customer specification is 0 to 80%RH operating ambient humidity range. Just needed to be sure MCU is suitable for this requirement.

Please advise.

Hi,

I checked with our quality expert and he confirms that our MCU reliability tests for biased humidity are run at 85% RH.
