Hi ,

Can this project run in "Debug Mode" as , I am verifying the maintaskcount variable in the app_main_NoOS.c is never getting incremented and always the controller is in an error state .

on TMS570 development Kit I am executing the safeTI diagnostics library for TMS570 is not able to run the SL_TMS570LS3137_NoOS example project.

The controller runs into following

b _excpt_vec_abort_pref interrupt .

Should there be any changes needed on the safety library for TMS570LS3137 . On the project Auto ECC generation is enabled .

Hi Chandre,

There should be no problem to run the example code on HDK. Your code runs into prefetch exception.

Recently I run the safety library on LC43x MCU, LS043x MCU many times, I did not see the problem. No change is required to run the example code.

On our Production Hardware and also on the HDK the PBuilt In Self Test is always failing . Additional details are in the attached screen shot

After the abort occurs, please check the IFSR/IFAR registers for prefetch abort, and DFSR/DFAR registers for data abort. If the abort is synchronous about, the address register will help you figure out the instruction which causes the abort.

You can also use the R14_abt to locate the instruction if the abort is sync abort.
